In Part 2 of this series, you have a break down of each variable to help change the dynamic of the, regular push-up. Working through all of these positions will give you a completely different feel to the exercise, as well as their end results.
Here are the four variables to take into consideration when progressing your push-ups:
- F: Foot position
- A: Arm position
- T: Tempo (speed of the movement)
- E: External load
Programme these into your routine, and use as many different positions as possible to get maximum results from this great exercise.
